Dr. Krishnamurthy has expertise on compound semiconductor research, especially on GaN and Ga2O3 material. Equipped with his vast research experiences acquired through working at Shizuoka University, Osaka University, Furukawa Electric Co., Osaka Gas Co., and National Institute for Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Japan, he is serving as a bridge between the Indian researchers and ULVAC, to understand and cater to their requirements.
